My Story

Hi, I’m Marco, originally from Italy, now based in Vienna, Austria.

For almost a decade, I managed teams in the international media industry. I know what pressure, stress, and disconnection feel like. I believed: “I have no feelings”. Later I believed: “My feelings are too much”! Everything changed when I stopped seeing emotions as a problem: I learned to feel them in my body, and use them intentionally. That’s the biggest gift I found in Playfight. Now I help others do the same – especially with uncomfortable emotions: anger, sadness, fear. Today, I’m also a Systemic & Integral Coach (Lebens- und Sozialberater in training under supervision), and a Haka teacher trained by Māori cultural ambassador Matiu Te Huki. With presence, clarity, and honesty – I’m ready to meet you.

Why do I love Playfight?

My body needs to move so my mind can stay present. Playfight it’s physical and safe. Real. Alive. Empowering. It’s a creative way to explore myself through movement and contact. A space where all of me is welcome. Where my feelings are not “too much,” but become a powerful source of energy. That’s why Playfight works for me and I’ve become a Playfight Facilitator certified by Matteo Tangi.

You can go beyond habitual roles and societal pressure, and enjoy doing it. Strength can be intense while being caring and connecting. Vulnerability and fear can become powerful resources. And playful joy can be a bright ray of sunlight in your life.

Multi Day Event

These immersive Playfight events are for people who feel that something needs to change in their life – now. If that motivation is burning in you, but you haven’t found your way yet, this space is for you.
Over a few days, we dive into Playfight as a transformative practice for real change in your life. Playfight becomes an intentional way to work on yourself.  You won’t just talk about your topics: you’ll explore them in a Playfight encounter.
No experience needed – just the intention to show up authentically. Together, we’ll create an honest and supportive space. These events are an invitation to stop looking away and start listening: to yourself, to your body & feelings, and to each other.

Coaching through Playfight

Are you ready to explore what truly matters to you – through body movement, voice and presence? Let’s work one-to-one. Coaching Through Playfight is a body-based, trauma-informed way to work on your personal topics and create real change beyond words. This embodied Coaching practice brings your mind, body, and emotions into full alignment. Transformation will become real, felt, and lived. Whether you’re feeling stuck in a relationship, carrying emotional weight, or seeking clarity on some life topic, we’ll explore that together. Movement, contact and mindful curiosity characterise this somatic coaching practice, inspired by Intentional Playfight. Your body knows the way. I’ll be right there with you.

These are shorter Playfight workshops, usually lasting 3 or 4 hours. They are designed to welcome everyone – any gender, age, and background – seeking to experience the aliveness of a child at play and the power of a roaring lion. Feel the freedom and joy of playing. Embrace the strength of saying “yes” to yourself and the courage to say “no” to what no longer serves you. Overcome isolation, break free from disconnection. Give your mind a rest and come home to your body. The Source of My Work

Playfight Facilitator Training with Matteo Tangi

I learned Playfight from Matteo Tangi, founder of the international Playfight movement. I joined several advanced facilitation trainings with him. These helped unlock my potential. I didn’t just learn how to lead Playfight circles. I also gained facilitation and leadership skills, along with emotional and communication tools. These have been very useful in my corporate work and in my coaching practice. I also became part of a network of inspiring people.
